CONCEPTUAL VERSION OF MOBILE INSTALLATION URNS-1M

The conceptual version of the mobile URNS-1M installation is a mobile solution mounted on a truck chassis equipped with a crane manipulator. This design provides full mobility of the manure dewatering system with the ability to quickly deploy at various agricultural facilities.

The URNS-1M centrifuge, installed on the vehicle platform, maintains full functionality and consists of a frame, carriage with rotor, front wall, transition and loading chambers, press chamber, feeder, knife for removing solid fraction, and electric motor. The operation process is fully analogous to the stationary version: liquid manure is fed under pressure through the feeder in a thin layer onto the inner filtering surface (mesh) of the rotating horizontal rotor. Under the action of centrifugal forces, the liquid fraction passes through the manure layer and mesh into the casing and then flows by gravity into the discharge pipe. The solid fraction, moving with the mesh, is gradually removed by the knife and fed into the loading chamber, from where it is moved by a screw into the press chamber, as it fills, the resistance to mass movement increases. For additional pressing of the solid fraction, the press chamber is equipped with a filtering partition.

The main advantage of this concept is the integration of the URNS-1M centrifuge with a vehicle and lifting equipment. The built-in crane manipulator provides not only transportation but also independent installation of the equipment in working position. This is an ideal solution for agricultural enterprises that require servicing multiple facilities or providing manure dewatering services to other farms.
