Turnkey pumping station: portals, hoists, goosenecks, valves
Built and installed to suit the site. Units can be ordered separately.
What the package covers
- a portal or jib crane with a hoist — lifting the pump for servicing (the hoist is matched to the pump model);
- a mounting frame and a service platform with railings;
- a mast with a slewing pressure pipe and a gooseneck — fixed discharge;
- a gooseneck for filling mobile tankers;
- gate valve pipework, pressure hoses, fixings.
Everything is built to suit the site; dimensions and scope are agreed when you order. Connection to the site power supply and commissioning are agreed when you order.

A station, not a pump in a crate
For a pump to work on site it needs rigging around it: something to hang from, something to lift it for servicing, and somewhere and some way to discharge the mass. We build that to order and install it on site: a portal or a jib crane with a hoist, so the pump is serviced without calling in a mobile crane; a mast with a slewing pipe and a gooseneck, for discharge into a tanker, a lagoon or a storage facility; gate valves, hoses and a platform with railings. The units can also be ordered separately — to fit what is already on site.

Reviews from farms
These letters of thanks and reviews were addressed to the manufacturer of the series, VitTechNasos LLC; today the VTN series is built by NPO-Organika, the successor to that manufacturer.
“…thanks VitTechNasos LLC for its professionalism in our joint work and for the high quality of the equipment supplied to us. Installation work and equipment servicing are carried out solely by highly qualified specialists and to a consistently high standard.”
“The crew was equipped with everything needed — tools and equipment alike — for the personnel to do the work to a proper standard. Throughout the work the client's wishes were taken into account as fully as possible.”
Installation and site preparation
- Installation is done by the manufacturer. Supply, installation and commissioning under a single contract: we deliver, install, start the equipment up and hand over a working station under an acceptance certificate. Replacing old equipment is possible — dismantling it is our job.
- What the customer prepares before the installers arrive: a concreted pad by the manure collector and a cleaned receiving tank. We send the requirements once the order is placed — for your own scheme.
- Power connection. The pump is connected to a 380–400 V supply through a control panel; the panel, the cable and the protective switchgear are part of the scope of supply agreed for the order.
- Servicing without a crane. To lift the pump for servicing, the station comes with a portal or a jib crane with a hoist — the pump is raised by your own people, no mobile crane required.
- The first start-up is carried out by our specialists during commissioning; the customer receives the operating manual and the servicing schedule.
Turnkey pumping station — frequently asked questions
Can I order just the portal, or just the gooseneck?
Yes: the package works like a kit — from a single unit to a complete station. Tell us what is already on site and we will propose what is missing.
Who builds it and who installs it?
The manufacturer's own specialists: manufacture, installation and servicing are handled by one team from Vitebsk, working across Belarus and with customers in Russia.
Do you work with tenders and public procurement?
Yes: we take part in public procurement procedures, and one request for price proposals on icetrade.by has been won — a manure removal system was supplied under it. We will put together the document package for your procedure on request.
How much does it cost?
Price on request — it depends on the scope: the portal with a hoist, the mast with a gooseneck and the valve pipework are costed for the particular site. Send a request through the form or call +375 29 709 00 01.
Price on request: the configuration is assembled for your site. Leave a request and an engineer will select the right version and quote the price.

Industrial pump VTN-1
The base model of the series: pumps manure from collectors and pits to storage and vehicles. Takes the mass at natural moisture from 75% — without the dilution water the farm would then have to store and haul. Capacity up to 300 t/h on liquid manure.

Industrial pump VTN-1MT
The autonomous model: driven by a tractor PTO, it pumps where there is no mains power — no foundation, no electrical work. The boom lowers the pump straight into the mass: intake from 2.5–5.5 m, up to 6 m with the extended boom. One unit serves every point of the farm.

Industrial pump VTN-1DU
The flagship of the series for large complexes: capacity up to 650 t/h on liquid manure, submersion from 0.5 to 10 m. One unit covers volumes that would normally take two pumps — less installation, wiring and fewer points of failure.
