Application Areas
Our products are used in the following industries:
Effective Manure Removal
Farmers often face issues where manure accumulation creates unsanitary conditions and costs for manual management. VTN-1 pumps are specially designed for pumping manure with low moisture content and mixed with long fibers (straw, corn stalks, etc.). Thanks to this, they grind and remove manure without additional mixers and filters - a fixed flat ring-knife at the inlet cuts long straw inclusions, which prevents clogging. As a result, water and transportation costs are significantly reduced: for example, one of our clients saved more than 19 thousand rubles per year on pumping and water supply.
Resource Efficiency
The pump design eliminates the need for separate equipment for mixing manure. The VTN-1 system immediately delivers a homogeneous mass without 'settling', so there is no need for additional wastewater storage tanks. This frees up land for fields and reduces storage and maintenance costs. Additionally, the mobile operation scheme (using lifting equipment with a capacity of 0.5 tons) allows pumping manure over long distances - up to 1 km - without installing stationary mixers.
Reliability and Power
With a motor power of about 18-22 kW, our pumps can move up to 200-300 tons of manure slurry per hour, creating a pressure of up to 27 m. This significantly outperforms similar serial models in terms of productivity. The durable steel housing withstands heavy loads and continuous operation in large complexes, while turnkey installation and guaranteed service minimize equipment downtime.
Handling Organic Effluents
Food enterprises produce effluents containing pieces of vegetables, fruits, meat, or fatty and fibrous inclusions. VTN pumps handle such environments without clogging problems, as they can pass through and grind rough fibers. This means they can be used to pump potato or beet pulp, meat and poultry processing waste, and dairy drains without the risk of pump failure and production line downtime.
Hygiene and Reliability
The corrosion-resistant design ensures the safety of food flows and allows for compliance with sanitary standards. High productivity (up to several tons of liquid per minute) reduces equipment cleaning time and ensures uninterrupted workshop operation. Individual pump configuration for the technological process (engineering adaptation to your parameters is available) helps solve specialized tasks - from pumping wort to pumping clay sediments.
Condensate and Effluent Pumping
At thermal power plants, boiler rooms, and heating stations, it is necessary to drain condensate, sediment from dirt filters, and wastewater. VTN pumps can pump hot water and process effluents, are resistant to contaminants (sand, scale), and work in harsh conditions. Thanks to a pressure of up to 27 m, water rises to high floors and through multiple heat exchangers without pressure loss.
Operation in Closed Circuits
In network boiler rooms, reliability during continuous operation is important. The steel pump construction ensures a long service life even with abrasive impurities. Our systems allow for quick pump startup in emergency situations (such as pipeline rupture) and complete pumping of tanks with used heat transfer fluid, minimizing heat loss and financial costs for unscheduled repairs.
Draining Quarries and Excavations
Mines, quarries, and construction pits are often flooded with groundwater or rainwater. VTN pumps quickly remove water from filled facilities - due to their high power, they pump hundreds of tons per hour, ensuring a rapid restoration of the construction or mining process. The durable impregnation unit and knife at the inlet allow pumping water with sand and silt without clogging. Even viscous muddy mixtures or small stones are ground and removed from the system, reducing the risk of breakdown.
High Pressure at Remote Sites
In the mining industry and at construction sites, it is often necessary to lift water to a significant height - for example, from deep mines or cranes. The VTN-1 model creates pressure up to 27 m, which allows pumping water over large vertical distances. This is especially important when water needs to be pumped above road level or industrial water needs to be lifted from mine faces. The ability to work with mobile units (0.5 t boom) makes the installation and moving of the pump quick and easy, even without large machinery.
Pumping Wastewater and Silt
In utility networks, pumps face garbage, fibers, and dust. The VTN-1 model is specially created for such conditions: a fixed ring knife at the inlet and reinforced steel housing grind fibrous inclusions and prevent clogging. This makes VTN pumps indispensable for local sewage collectors and treatment facilities: they continuously pump sediment and wastewater, supporting the operation of treatment plants and street storm drains.
Reliability and Cost-Effectiveness
NPO-Organika pumping equipment is characterized by low operating costs. Thanks to a simple design and the possibility of on-site repairs, maintenance costs are reduced. In addition, we supply equipment at a competitive price, which favorably distinguishes us from foreign counterparts. Support from our specialists and fast pump delivery throughout Belarus ensure the uninterrupted operation of municipal services, saving budget funds.
Wastewater Treatment
At wastewater treatment plants and industrial treatment complexes, it is necessary to pump process effluents, sludge mixtures, and sediments. VTN pumps help solve these tasks without stopping the process: they can work with contaminated liquid containing suspended particles and long fibers. This means that even after emergency discharges or spills of pollutants, the system will continue to work without requiring frequent cleaning.
Emergency Spill Removal
When chemical or biological wastewater spills occur, prompt pumping of contaminants is needed. VTN pumps quickly remove water and sludge from the emergency zone (storage tanks, river floodplains, water bodies), preventing soil contamination and further spread of pollution. Their shock-resistant steel housing (unlike cast iron) and reinforced motor ensure long-term operation in the most extreme conditions.
Firefighting
Emergency services and fire departments often take water for extinguishing directly from rivers, ponds, or swamps. VTN pumps can pump water from any natural or artificial reservoirs, 'not noticing' debris and vegetation. This makes them an excellent solution for prompt firefighting at fuel storage facilities, swamps, and water bodies: there is no risk of failure if there are branches or silt in the water. High power and high pressure provide a long-range water discharge for creating water curtains.
Flood and Spill Pumping
In extreme situations (floods, accidents at oil depots, flooding of mines and pits), it is important to quickly pump out water and dirt. VTN pumps with their enormous pumping volume (hundreds of tons/hour) empty the area in minutes. This allows for the restoration of infrastructure and prevention of emergency consequences. Even in field conditions, the military uses such pumps for draining equipment sites or preparing field points: the compactness of the system and the ability to be suspended from a tractor (optional, model VTN-1MT) accelerate deployment without high costs.
Each industry has its own problems with the discharge of waste liquids and slurries, but common to all are rough inclusions, high fluid viscosity, and the need for high performance. NPO-Organika pumps solve these problems: they pump up to 300 t/h of liquid, withstand pressure up to 27 m, are equipped with a cutting unit for removing fibrous particles, and are designed for 24/7 operation in harsh conditions. This allows our clients (engineers, technical directors, production managers) to focus on their core activities, knowing that the drainage of effluents and manure is solved by a reliable and economical pumping solution.
